Volunteers welcomed: please help the ASRT

 If you love the rivers of Alabama and have the skills we need, the ASRT would like to bring you into our fold. Our organization could use immediate help with you assisting our Board members in their areas.  For instance, helping our Portage Chairs clear a Trail; calling on local businesses and corporations to support us; telling us how to organize a race; suggestions on membership retention; distributing signs of events in your area; being in a booth with our materials at functions; pointing out possible campsites to access; judging in a boat race; throwing us your ideas on stewardship; assisting us in training youngsters about the outdoors, etc.  If you think you could help, travel a little, meet interesting people and see beautiful places while participating in a well-respected organization, please visit the contact page on this website and drop us a line.
