Lock through freedom this weekend!

This weekend, I am personally inviting and challenging every powerboat and paddle boat owner to put in and lock through as a show of support for public use of our rIvers. Without the ability to lock through, our famous and historic rivers will become lakes. Turn on, tune in, lock through (to borrow a phrase). Get out and use them!
